Workshops are series of classes that can be offered from one week up to a year-long period. These are used for students looking to progress in a particular aspect of their technique, body knowledge, research or performance studies. Workshops may be from one or multiple subjects listed below. The more subjects desired will require more hours per week from the students. The purpose of the workshops is to take a long-term journey with students through the most difficult advancements to make in dance. They take patience, persistence, and can't be forced. Bad habits take years to break, and these courses will offer lessons in how to appreciate each movement and improvement on this journey, while working towards a body that moves without judgement and predisposed patterns.
